Odaily Planet Daily News According to official announcement, Binance will list XLM/U and XLM/USD1 spot trading pairs at 08:00 (UTC) on June 23, 2026, and activate trading robot services (spot algorithmic orders). At the same time, Binance will launch a zero-fee promotion for these two trading pairs, with zero maker fees applicable to all eligible users until further notice, while standard taker fees will be charged normally during this period.
